Our Commitment

At Paints by Zee, we take pride in every piece of artwork we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your new painting as much as we loved creating it.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our artwork, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we understand that sometimes things do not work out. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to damage or our error.

Custom Orders

Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun. Please ensure you are happy with the design and details before confirming a custom order.
